No Rest for the Wicked, first revealed during the Game Awards 2023 recently held a live stream presentation during which it was revealed that the game would be releasing in to Early Access on Steam on April 18th.
It would be accurate to say that No Rest for the Wicked has caused some buzz. Moon Studios previous games Ori and the Blind Forest & Ori and the Will of the Wisps both received high praise, and it looks like No Rest for the Wicked will be no different from what was shown.
No Rest for the Wicked is set in a dark medieval world where a plague has transformed a once peaceful community in to dark creatures. Taking a different style approach to the game from their previous titles No Rest for the Wicked is a more Diablo style approach than the usual 2d side scrolling Ori adventures.
The game is planned to remain in Early Access for a while before also releasing on to consoles.
